| The team at RDZ300 are knowledgeable, friendly, and very helpful. Their just over an hour south from you in Danbury, CT so I would suggest you begin there. Otherwise many folks here rave ImportPartsPro (IPP) for long blocks and short blocks of all stages. To be fair, IPP is not the only one that does (Stage#) engine builds. Z1motorsports(Z1), EPracing, and ConceptZperformance(CZP) are a few others that can perform this type of work. I've had great experiences with ConceptZperformance, Z1motorsports, IPP, and EPracing. Recommend you contact each company and then reach out to the TT.net forum members if you need references. It appears from your "wish list" you’re looking to build a freaking monster of a motor; perhaps a Stage II or III long block. It would be pricey so good luck with that you power hungry greedy bastard!!! At the end of the day, you're only going to want more power as the VG30 is an addictive motor to tinker around with. Just remember that getting to 500rwhp can get expensive quickly so budget and plan wisely. You're on the right track and don't forget to update us with your progress.
